About our Speakers:
Junior Reyes is the Head of Marketing – TV/Programmatic/YouTube/New Channels at Resident, a house of home brands expanding from the bedroom to the living room and other areas of the home. At Resident, Junior has helped expand the company’s portfolio of Home brands from (1) NectarSleep to (7) DreamCloud, LevelSleep, Awara Sleep, Wovenly Rugs, Bundle Living, CloverLane, and expand their core brands NectarSleep and DreamCloud into the UK market. Junior’s philosophy is to “Be transparent, Measure Everything, and Test everything”, with this mindset he’s been able to drive incremental growth through old marketing channels by adapting them for this new E-commerce world. Additionally, he's helped one of Resident’s core brands (NectarSleep US) get the #1 ad-that-drives-action award in the YouTube Webby’s competition of 2018 whilst driving 190% Ad-Recall, 95% Brand-Awareness, and 382% Brand Interest. A performance growth marketer at heart with keen attention to details, attribution, and cross-channel strategy. Outside of work, Junior enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations with his fiancée, spending time with his two adorable Shih-Tzus, and trying out new restaurants.
Daniel Guy is the Head of Marketing at Lemonaid Health, a US healthcare company providing online doctor visits that are affordable and convenient via mobile apps and websites. Dan is responsible for building a best-in-class, diverse portfolio of marketing channels to reach new audiences in a growing, yet competitive online space. Prior to Lemonaid, Dan worked in growth marketing for a variety of industries including online travel, sports & entertainment, wellness, and B2B tech. Outside of work, he’s a new-ish father to one-year old Jackson, and he loves traveling to the snow with his family and dog, Buckley.
Aaron Pelander has led the marketing team at GovX for the past six years, where he is responsible for communicating the value of GovX, across all channels, to military, first responders and government employees nationwide. He works closely with all areas of the GovX business, including the Creative, Merchandising and Product teams, to ensure that the GovX member experience is world-class.
Before joining GovX, Aaron held senior marketing and management roles at Provide Commerce and the Active Network. He earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Arizona and his MBA from San Diego State University.

Anish Shah is the CEO & Founder of executive search agency Bring Ruckus. Anish has worked in-house in Growth roles at Snapfish and Getable. He started Bring Ruckus as a Growth consultancy 11 years ago working with 40+ clients, then re-focused his firm on executive recruiting for Growth leaders.
Skyler Logsdon is the Head of Sales from Tatari. He is from Ojai, CA and went east to study entrepreneurship at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. After graduation he moved to SF to join the on-demand valet parking company, ZIRX (acquired by KAR) as as their first Growth & BD hire. After ZIRX, he joined Philip as his first employee at Tatari to help rally up customers and get Tatari off the ground. Skyler has been with Tatari for over 4 years now and is the Head of Sales.
