Kate Twist is the Co-Founder and Board Chair of Ever/Body. Ever/Body exists at the intersection of healthcare and beauty, and aims to be the most trusted brand in cosmetic dermatology. Prior to her current role, Kate was Chief Digital Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Xcel Brands, heading all business intelligence, marketing, e-commerce, and creative for the Isaac Mizrahi, Halston, Judith Ripka, and C. Wonder brands. Previously, Kate drove skincare product development and global brand strategy for the Clinique brand at The Estee Lauder Companies. Kate began her career in investment banking and strategic advisory to luxury branded products companies. She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Derek Callow is Co Founder and Partner at Nest.vc. Nest invests in entrepreneurs and builds platforms to support each stage of their journey. They believe the path to achieving positive impact is to fuel the entrepreneurial spirit: empowering startups on their mission to solve big challenges in a profitable and scalable way. Derek is the former CMO & Advisor at Bumble. He's an LA based Global C-Suite Marketer with with Brand, & Growth leadership experience across consumer tech, automotive, consulting & agency worlds. He was the former VP of Growth at Tinder & Marketind Director at Google.
Jinal Shah is VP of Marketing and Growth at Feather. Jinal is passionate about growing purpose-driven brands that are building new consumer behaviors.As a digital-first leader, she has built a niche connecting brand and e-commerce and excels at driving both creative and commercial capital. Through her career, she has successfully led teams through periods of intense growth, transformation, and turnaround. She currently leads marketing at Feather, a Series B start-up helping reimagine rental furniture for modern millennials. Prior to Feather, she held senior leadership roles at S'well, Newell and J. Walter Thompson.
Patricia Korth-McDonnell is CMO at BFS Capital. Their mission at BFS is to leverage advanced technology and data science to unlock exciting new financial products and services for underserved small businesses. Today, BFS provides working capital to customers in the US, Canada and the UK. Prior to BFS Capital, Patricia spent a year standing up Marketing, Customer Experience, and Partnership functions as CMO at Better.com, a revolutionary company working to remove hurdles to homeownership for all Americans. Prior to joining Better, Patricia was Global President at Huge, one of the most impactful marketing and digital transformation agencies of the last decade.
