About our Speakers:

Molly Laufer is an offline growth marketing consultant specializing in the inflection point when a company begins to diversify their acquisition portfolio outside of digital channels and dip their toes into offline marketing channels to achieve scale without compromising performance metrics or efficiency. She is formerly the Director of Offline Marketing at HomeLight where she managed TV, radio, out of home, and brand sponsorship media placements to drive efficient customer acquisition for the real estate tech company. Previously, Molly was the first employee at the DTC subscription snack company, NatureBox, where she launched and scaled multiple customer acquisition channels. She has also worked at an offline performance marketing agency working with e-commerce and consumer tech companies to acquire customers at scale across the audio and TV landscape.
