About our Speakers:

Katie Donham has a 7+ year, proven track record building effective & innovative marketing strategy and ecosystems, with deep expertise in CRM, retention, lifecycle, loyalty, lead generation, and referral. She has DTC experience, having worked at Harry's and Parsley Health, as well as consulting experience, where she worked with both DTC and larger legacy brands in the beauty, luxury, and wellness spaces.

Brant Cebulla is the co-founder of Scalero, a lifecycle marketing consultancy and email creation web application. Prior to Scalero, Brant worked in-house in both growth and lifecycle at Vivino, where he helped the company grow from 5 to 25 million users and 0 to 9 figures in annual revenue. He started Scalero out of frustration of lack of software to meet the demands of Vivino's ever growing content and email creation needs.

Jenna Klebanoff is the Director, CRM & Member Marketing at Equinox. Her past experiences at startups such as Trade Coffee, Casper and Tough Mudder, and larger companies including Time Inc., NBCUniversal, and General Electric helped to shape her customer-first mentality. With a history of working across marketing, growth, as well as finance organizations, she brings a mix of creative and strategic perspectives and an analytical rigor. Outside of work Jenna enjoys travel, fitness and wellness, and spending time outdoors.

Joey Soriano executes campaigns from the strategic planning phase through to program implementation. 10+ years of both domestic and international marketing experience on the agency and client side, at Fortune 500 companies and at start-ups.  He's skilled at transforming customer insight into actionable campaigns, creating dialogue between the business and its target consumer and reducing marketing expense with rigorous optimization. A hands-on MBA executive with the enthusiasm of a fresh college graduate and the intangible experience of a seasoned veteran, always looking to do the best work of his career.

Anish Shah is the CEO & Founder of executive search agency Bring Ruckus. Anish has worked in-house in Growth roles at Snapfish and Getable. He started Bring Ruckus as a Growth consultancy 11 years ago working with 40+ clients, then re-focused his firm on executive recruiting for Growth leaders.
