About our Speakers:

Avital Caspi is the Director of Offline Marketing at Freshly, the leading manufacturer of fresh, prepared meals in the U.S., where she oversees channels including TV, Direct Mail, Radio, Podcast, and OOH. A native of Israel, Avital started her marketing career in the great city of Tel Aviv. Initially focused on driving growth for mission-driven brands across digital channels, Avital quickly discovered the fascinating world of Offline Marketing and how to leverage traditional offline media to grow digitally native brands. Since then, Avital has helped scale some of the most prominent direct-to-consumer brands in both Tel Aviv and New York by building offline channels and creating a significant new revenue stream. Prior to joining Freshly, Avital held marketing roles at Adore Me, an e-commerce startup revolutionizing the lingerie industry, and Wix.com, a leading cloud-based development platform. Avital is a graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and currently resides in Jersey City with her husband and their three year old son.

Yousuf Bhaijee was most recently VP of Growth at Eaze, a Series D cannabis delivery startup in California with over $200M+ in funding, where he built the consumer growth team.  Eaze relied heavily on offline marketing including billboards, bus ads, ambassador programs, and experiential marketing tactics as part of its channel strategy.  While there Yousuf developed an internal measurement tool that allowed Eaze to scale out-of-home advertising as a performance marketing channel. Yousuf has also held growth leadership roles over 12+ years at Disney, Zynga, ClassDojo, AppDirect, and CSC Generation. He is currently advising startups on scaling word-of-mouth driven acquisition while working on side projects

Molly Laufer is an offline growth marketing consultant specializing in the inflection point when a company begins to diversify their acquisition portfolio outside of digital channels and dip their toes into offline marketing channels to achieve scale without compromising performance metrics or efficiency. She is formerly the Director of Offline Marketing at HomeLight where she managed TV, radio, out of home, and brand sponsorship media placements to drive efficient customer acquisition for the real estate tech company. Previously, Molly was the first employee at the DTC subscription snack company, NatureBox, where she launched and scaled multiple customer acquisition channels. She has also worked at an offline performance marketing agency working with e-commerce and consumer tech companies to acquire customers at scale across the audio and TV landscape. Prior to switching gears to the tech world, Molly spent four years as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S Navy, deploying around the globe with the USS SAMUEL B. ROBERTS and USS NIMITZ. Her veteran to startup marketing transition story has been featured on the podcasts Behind the Uniform and Success Vets. She is happiest on Friday afternoons where you can find her in her sunny kitchen, baking challah with her two year old daughter.

Gavin Carr Gavin Carr is an experienced Growth Marketer specializing in Traditional, Offline, and Endorsement media. He currently leads a performance marketing team at Honey dedicated to user growth encompassing these mediums. He has been a part of two successful acquisitions and has worked with some of the fastest growing startups in tech and ecommerce such as Dollar Shave Club, Candid Co, Ro, and now Honey. He enjoys solving business solutions when it comes to growth marketing and creatively testing into new media types for efficient scale. During the COVID lockdown, in his spare time he enjoys reading, hiking, and re-learning to play the piano.
