As Made continues to scale, the team is looking for an incredible Head of Partnerships to expand their partnership ecosystem and impact. With new markets on the horizon as Made expands beyond bathrooms, the Head of Partnerships will be responsible for identifying new and strategically important opportunities, maximizing the revenue coming from the existing partners; leading and coordinating the sales process until deployment, driving better connectivity positioning and therefore a higher competitiveness on the market; and generating new profit and reference with each new product integration.
What You'll Do.
Grow and maintain our partner network by sourcing and owning the pipeline of partners. You will be leading the full lifecycle of partnership sales from prospecting to closing
Provide analysis of, and recommendations for, building Made Renovations relationships across our partnership ecosystem and measuring the impact and viability of partnerships
Develop cohesive and concise materials to use when presenting solutions to prospective partners and business reviews to existing Partners
Identify product and business opportunities to further the missions of Made Renovation and its partners
Successfully represent Made Renovation in high-level negotiations with key decision makers
Build a team to support you and further scale Made’s partnership network
Skills and Knowledge You Should Possess.
10+ years in Business Development, Strategic Partnership or similar
Experience/contacts in the Home Improvement, Renovation, or Construction industries a plus
Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
Track record of organization-level influence
Organized, accountable, professional, and excels in a fast-paced environment
Displays extreme ownership across every vertical while moving projects forward
The ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional organization
Passionate about the small details — from site performance to subtle animations
Resourceful and scrappy problem solver
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
You make everyone feel a part of your team
