Made is looking for a growth oriented leader to join as the Senior Vice President of Revenue. In this role, you’ll oversee Growth, Brand, Partnerships and Sales with a focus on acquisition, engagement and retention. Made’s ideal candidate is a data-driven leader who has led early/mid stage companies through accelerated growth. Last year, Made grew 5x and they’re not looking to slow down, so the team is looking for someone who knows how to allocate budgets and take risks as they scale beyond bathrooms and look to aggressively launch new cities and markets.
In this role you will:
Work closely with executives to take Made Renovation from 1 to 10 and maintain their current rate of growth - 5x.
Lead and manage strategic initiatives across brand, growth partnerships and sales
Develop a scalable roadmap for Made's acquisition, engagement and retention strategies as they expand to new markets and new renovation offerings
Skills and Knowledge You Should Possess.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, and/or Communications, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of successful experience in marketing
5+ years of successful experience leading and motivating marketing professionals
Demonstrated experience in acquisition, engagement and retention for high consideration products.
Experience linking marketing initiatives to revenue generation.
Track record of organization-level influence
Organized, accountable, professional, and excels in a fast-paced environment
Displays extreme ownership across every vertical while moving projects forward
The ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional organization
Passionate about the small details — from site performance to subtle animations
Resourceful and scrappy problem solver
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
