The VP of New Markets will be responsible for developing Made’s strategy as they scale beyond their current territories. You’ll work closely with leaders across the company while overseeing the launching of new cities and markets. Made is looking for a leader with demonstrated launch experience who is comfortable writing their own launch playbook.
In this role you will:
Lead expansion into new markets and regions
Build and manage launch team as Made continues to scale
Develop market prioritization and entry strategy with analytical and experimental insights
Establish a playbook for market selection, launch, and on-going success management
Generate and manage relationships with critical local stakeholders including energy utility companies, government officials, and contracting businesses
Coordinate cross-departmentally with marketing, sales, service, operations, and finance to ensure organized launches, well-managed relationships, and successful tracking of revenue performance for each new territory
Establish goals, plans, and related KPIs. Forecast and track outcomes for reporting to leadership
Skills and Knowledge You Should Possess.
4-6+ years of experience in an expansion or operations role at a growth stage startup preferred. Equivalent experience in management consulting, corporate business development, private equity, or finance is also welcome.
7+ years of management experience
Organized, accountable, professional, and excels in a fast-paced environment
