The Opportunity. 

MoveEasy is looking for a VP of Growth to come in on the ground floor and build out the growth engine from scratch, as well as the marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO in setting out growth strategies and be involved in all touch points within acquisition, retention, product, strategy, and analytics. The ideal candidate will balance left and right brain functions by being data-driven and creative.

What You'll Do

  • Inherit and optimize the retention marketing function that is already running

  • Create and execute acquisition strategies and build this out through new channels like SEM, paid search and social etc

  • Use your analytical skills to test and optimize channels and create a growth structure

  • Manage P&L budgets

  • Build out a growth marketing team from scratch

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years hands-on experience within acquisition, retention, analytics, strategy and testing

  • Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, attribution, and how various channels interplay with one another

  • Prior experience managing P&L budgets

  • Experience hiring and building out a marketing team

  • Thrive in a in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Compensation
