Bring Ruckus is a scaling recruiting agency with a heavy specialty in hiring Growth leaders across Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Design. In a few short years, we’ve been able to partner with some of today’s fastest-growing startups, and have been able to leverage a positive industry reputation and track record to continue growing through referrals.

Backstory and Team
Bring Ruckus was founded by Anish Shah. He previously led Growth for multiple startups for 11 years. He realized that poor hiring was the #1 reason certain startups he consulted for weren't able to realize success, and began building out their leadership teams. He was able to utilize his experience leading Growth programs to properly advise founders on who to hire, while also going out and closing the best candidates.
The Bring Ruckus team has grown over time to 10 employees across the globe, while still digging In deep with each client to attract, vet, and close the best senior-level hires.
Who you are
Entrepreneurial. Structured Manager/Operator. People person. Naturally motivated.
Entrepreneurial track record.
You’ve dabbled in something entrepreneurial or early-stage, enjoyed the experience, and can demonstrate success from those experiences. Working with small teams in new territory = fun, not anxiety inducing. And you can advise startup founders from real experience being in the trenches.
You enjoy learning from, partnering with, advising, and communicating with lots of stakeholders: founders, execs, advisors, recruiters. You have a sense of humor and love forging relationships at all levels.
to do great work in an environment without micro-management. You will have freedom to identify the most high-impact projects and areas of the business to dive into.
Structured manager and operator
of people and processes. You’re OCD about structure and details but can roll with the punches that comes with working at a small, fast-moving startup. You have experience building and managing your own teams.
Energy and excitement to push and grow
There is no shortage of projects and green space to dip your toes into, and you will be tasked with ownership of not only assigned functional areas, but coming to the table with what you think will add value to optimizing and growing the business.

What you'll do

new strategic programs while furthering existing ones. Examples include anything from internal processes, new products, industry events, success tracking, P&L projections, etc.
including short and long-term budgets, forecasting, internal hiring plans, client satisfaction efforts, risk management, and creative ideas for expanding into more lines of revenue.
A whole lot of variety
One day this means designing a pitch deck, another it's updating the website, and another it's joining Sales calls and offering founders your opinions on strategy.
